For example, our home was in foreclosure with multiple mortgages and liens. Our situation was unusual as our property consisted of 18 acres with varied livestock which were very dear to us. We could not afford to rent an apartment and pay for field and barn rental for the livestock. We needed to have acreage for all of us.

I would like to introduce you to wonderful person. Someone who helped out of our difficulties of selling our home. We recently needed to move from Oregon to Florida due to a job offer that my husband couldn't refuse. We consulted a real estate agent with the prospects of selling our home. We met Denny Miller 21/2 years ago whole looking at one of his homes which we wanted to purchase. We couldn’t purchase hat particular one, so Denny worked almost on a daily basis to find us a home we could afford.
We didn’t have much money for a down payment and we couldn’t afford a high house payment. Our credit wasn’t real good, so we had a lot of down falls for building a first home.

After joining the real estate club I met Denny Miller who encouraged me to continue or pursue my interest in real estate investing. Having attended about a dozen or so meetings and read several books and articles on real estate and investing I was contacted by a seller who was about to face foreclosure. Since this was my first call, I did not know where to begin. At our next meeting, I asked Denny if he would be willing to help me with this transaction.
