     When we found ourselves looking at a foreclosure on our home we were desperate. The economy in Oregon is really bad and the property prices really high. We were at a loss.
     We happened to see a yellow sign up on a phone pole that said we pay cash for homes and a phone number. My husband and I figured, "What could it hurt to at least call and get more info, if it's a scam we can hang up." It wasn't a scam. We met David and then you, Jenny, and the rest is as they say history. WOW! – That pretty much sums up how I feel about the extraordinary service provided to me by Metro Home solutions. You see, I was currently in foreclosure and, after speaking with numerous mortgage brokers, was convinced that there was absolutely no way that I would be able to prevent the foreclosure or save my house. My credit was already in ruins and, on top of that, I was in the middle of a Bankruptcy!

When I initially received the laminated flyer in the mail (along with the 10 other offers I receive daily from companies offering to save my house’) I almost threw it out. But, something caught my eye – the flyer indicated that I would receive a $50 gift card (Safeway/Fred Meyer) for just meeting with a representative to briefly discuss the options available to me regarding the foreclosure. Keep in mind, I had no equity in my house and, in fact, was more than $20,000 upside down in it.

All I can say is: forget the $50 gift card! That’s nothing compared to what Metro Home Solutions was able to do for me. Not only were they able to successfully negotiate a settlement with my mortgage company (which prevented foreclosure from happening), but they were also able to provide me with a sizable sum in order for me to pay off all of my utilities, take care of moving expenses, and pay first and last month’s rent.

Dear Denny,

     Sharon and I wish to express our appreciation to you and your staff for the wonderful job you have done in arranging the sale of our home. As you know our sale was rather complex as it was in foreclosure and actually had been several times prior to our meeting. You had to work with the trustee and lenders so that it would not be foreclosed as the actual sale was in closing with a confirmed buyer. Also, the owner of our first mortgage had just been merged with a larger company thus delaying the agreement of them to release the lien. Then the second lien holder, even though they had no right to a payoff since the first had total equity in the home, had to be satisfied in order to have their lien released. All that, plus there was a substantial stucco upgrade that needed to be included in the sale in order to satisfy he buyer.

     I had two other parties, including the home builder’s real estate agent, involved prior to meeting you. Really they were afraid to touch it – too many complications with the trustee, lender, etc.

     So here we are today signing off the sale of the home with the buyer who has already moved in before Christmas. We thank you for having worked so graciously with our real estate agent, the buyers, and so many parties involved from the mortgage companies, trustees, attorneys, title company, and others.
